Role Overview
Reporting to the President & CEO, the Clinical Director will be accountable for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of Boost CYAC’s assessment and therapeutic services, data and quality assurance and accreditation. Areas of oversight include, but are not limited to, operational planning, program development, service delivery oversight, community and funder relations, clinical and administrative supervision and performance management, data analysis and reporting, evaluations and quality improvement.
Direct reports will include a team of Child & Family Therapists, the Research and Knowledge Mobilization Lead and the Data and Quality Coordinator.

Salary range: $100,000 to $115,000

Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre (Boost CYAC) is a registered charity that provides a range of services to children, youth and families, who have experienced abuse or violence, with offices in Toronto, Barrie and Peterborough. We provide individual, group, family and community services that include trauma counselling, advocacy and support services during child abuse investigations, court support and accompaniment services and abuse and violence prevention materials and trainings. Boost CYAC is accredited by the Canadian Centre for Accreditation, an independent non-profit organization that offers accreditation specifically tailored to community-based health and social services across Canada.
