- Becoming the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries via email and phone.
- Guiding clients through the ADHD assessment process while managing and resolving any technical challenges they may face as they navigate our client portal or mobile app.
- Working closely with our Client Success, Clinical, and Governance teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and empathetic client experiences.
- Contributing to our internal knowledge base and ensuring our client education materials are always up to date.
- Using tools like Pabau, DrDoctor, EMIS, Front, Aircall, Trello, Excel, Sharepoint, and MS Teams to efficiently manage client communications and resolve any issues.
- Supporting the collection and processing of client data in collaboration with our Governance and Performance team.
You’ll start by getting familiar with our systems and learning more about ADHD and how our services work. Your experience in remote customer support will help you quickly adapt to our processes and start making an impact. You’ll soon become a vital member of our team, advocating for our customers and ensuring their voices are heard and represented within the company.Please note: this role will involve providing client support via our phone line as well as emails. You’ll need to be comfortable and confident in handling a diverse range of enquiries across both of these communication channels.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience in remote customer support, with a proven ability to master new software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to be resourceful and work independently.
- Strong empathy and communication skills, ensuring clients receive patient and understanding support.
- To be comfortable in handling a variety of client enquiries through various channels eg: phone and email.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and accurate data processing.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- Confidence in handling multiple client requests simultaneously, while maintaining a high standard of support.
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
It’s a great bonus if you have:
- Experience with electronic patient record (EPR) systems. Eg:, EMIS
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and practices.
- Experience working in a high-growth start-up.
