We are a flexible, people first environment and want to allow our people to make decisions and choices about where they work to support work life balance.Position SummaryReporting to the Director of Global Operations and Payroll, you will:Be responsible for working with partners, Outposts team and clients to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for Global and UK payroll through Outposts Employer of Record Services. This role also provides support to the Account Manager, ensuring accurate and up-to-date personnel information.
Responsibilities:Prepare UK and Global payroll for Outposts clients through our Employer of Record serviceWork with the UK and Global payroll partners for onboarding and exiting employees, including working with the UK benefits broker to ensure new employees are set-up with pension and benefits coverage or terminated, when applicableSupport Outposts team with new hire and termination payroll informationWork with Outposts Account Manager to ensure all new UK and Global employees are accounted for in the applicable system and pay schedule, ensuring internal database is accurate and up-to-dateSupport Outposts Account Managers with any payroll inquiriesWork with Outposts Account Manager to reconcile PTO monthlySupport Director, Global Operations and Payroll in streamlining business processes where possibleWork with the Account Manager to resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely mannerOther duties as assigned. All duties subject to change.Essential Skills and Qualifications:3+ years payroll processing or HR experience; working in an EOR or PEO setting an assetExposure to international payroll and HR an asset – ideal for a candidate looking to gain exposure to Global employment legislationExcellent communication skills with a customer-focused demeanorOrganized and adaptable – able to multitask under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitudeProven ability to work well in a team environmentKnowledge of payroll processing requirementsClear understanding of confidentiality requirementsStrong attention to detail and process orientedTo ApplyPlease apply online along with your resume and cover letter.We thank all applicants in advance; however only individuals selected for an interview will be contacted.
