Job Title: Client Service Associate – Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $20–$25 DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday 830am-5pm
Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a Client Service Associate for a full-time, direct-hire position with our client, Birchbrook, a Registered Investment Advisor and Financial Planning firm located in Bangor, Maine. The Client Service Associate will be the welcoming face and warm presence for clients, supporting financial advisors and ensuring smooth front office operations. This is a client-focused, professional office role offering long-term growth potential in a mission-driven team.As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for:Greeting clients warmly in person, over the phone, and via emailSupporting advisors in meetings and special projects as neededManaging documents, scanning, filing, and assisting with completion of formsHandling general office tasks including oversight of supplies and conference roomsMaintaining a calm, professional demeanor and ensuring a high level of client careThe ideal candidate for this role will have:Self-confidence, integrity, and a strong sense of fiduciary responsibilityExceptional time management and the ability to multitask in a detail-oriented environment
