With a stunning office in a prime location, they focus on creating strong client relationships while leveraging cutting-edge technology.The RoleHiring people-savvy, outgoing Client Relationship Manager with a background in Tax Accounting ( Canadian, or US or Cross-Border) and full cycle accounting cycle knowledge to be the key point of contact for their clients. You’ll build lasting relationships, ensure smooth communication, and bridge the gap between clients and their expert accounting team. No number-crunching—just engaging conversations and strategic guidance.What You’ll Do✔ Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring top-tier service.
✔ Understand client needs and facilitate seamless transitions to the accounting team.
✔ Communicate regularly to keep clients informed and engaged.
✔ Provide high-level guidance on accounting and tax matters (no deep dive needed!).
✔ Collaborate with accountants to ensure client needs are met effectively.Who You Are✅ CPA or Bachelor’s in Accounting (strong accounting knowledge required).
✅ Experienced in a client-facing role (ideally in accounting)
✅ A natural communicator who can simplify complex topics.
✅ Engaging, proactive, and relationship-driven—you thrive on client interaction.
✅ Fluent in English (French is a plus!).
