Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Client Director / Brand Solution Manager to manage key accounts and drive commercial strategy within the media sector. Based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, this role will require a minimum of 4 years’ experience in advertising sales or agency work, with a strong understanding of media channels such as TV, radio, digital, and programmatic advertising.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and segment your portfolio using the Annual Portfolio Matrix (MAP)
  • Identify and engage target contacts effectively
  • Develop account strategies for active, inactive, and prospective advertisers
  • Design and execute long-term commercial strategies, including annual contracts for key accounts
  • Implement the sales cycle, from initial briefing to post-campaign performance reviews
  • Sell customized, high-value cross-media solutions
  • Build strong, trustworthy relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and ad agencies
  • Stay updated on brand trends through market analysis and collaboration with the marketing team
  • Coordinate with internal teams (administration, billing, workshops) to ensure seamless post-sale execution
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to management
  • Represent the company at public relations events
  • Frequent travel within the Île-de-France region for client meetings.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bac+4/5 degree from a business school
  • At least 4 years of experience in advertising sales or within a media agency
  • Strong knowledge of the media market (TV, radio, digital, programmatic)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a diplomatic approach
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized
  • Resilient, tenacious, and available to meet client needs
  • Fluent in French, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
