Do you enjoy working as part of a team providing excellent customer service?Based at Carlsberg Britvic Rugby, the cleaning operative is responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for tenants and visitors. The role follows a shift pattern, although flexibility may be required at times to cover holidays and absences within the cleaning team.The Role

• Follow the scheduled cleaning rota and maintain full knowledge of assigned areas
• Carry out daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks as requested
• Demonstrate proper use of all cleaning equipment and materials
• Operate pedestrian and ride-on scrubber dryers/sweepers safely and correctly
• Respond promptly to emergency situations or spillages during shift hours
• Stock and move items into client fridges and shop areas
• Maintain and replenish PPE stock areas as required
• Follow all client and ISS company rules and safety regulations
• Cooperate with requests from the client, managers, and colleagues

About You

• Previous cleaning and or housekeeping experience is essential
• Calm, professional and focused approach
• Ability to work under pressure
• Positive “can-do” attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, employees and teams
• Ability to read English at a basic level, and a good level of spoken communication
