Job DescriptionWe are hiring a talented Civil & Structural Engineer to join the delivery team on a large-scale data centre project in Frankfurt. This is a technically demanding role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.You’ll be responsible for managing and reviewing civil and structural packages across multiple stages – from substructure and groundworks to steel, concrete, and façade systems – working alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure design and execution meet high standards of quality, safety, and programme.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee delivery of civil and structural works: groundworks, foundations, concrete, steel, cladding, external worksLiaise with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure buildability and specification complianceManage inspections, QA/QC processes, and interface managementReview drawings, structural models, technical submittals, and RFIsEnsure full adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsMonitor programme milestones and report on progress and risksSupport design changes, value engineering, and handover documentationCandidate Requirements10+ years’ experience in a civil/structural engineering role on large construction projectsProven background in data centres, pharma, industrial, or commercial buildsDegree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or similar)Strong understanding of Eurocodes, design coordination, and site executionFamiliar with reinforced concrete, steel structures, groundworks, and drainage systemsFluent in English (German a bonus)Must have valid EU work rights or German work permitIf you feel you have the right experience, please feel free to apply
