Oversee design, concept development, and approval of civil, structural, and architectural plans.
Ensure quality assurance through field checks and coordination across disciplines.
Develop specifications for new equipment/building needs and manage project deliverables.
Provide on-site support, interacting with contractors to ensure seamless execution.Civil, Structural & Architectural Lead Requirements:Degree in Architectural, Structural, or Civil Engineering with 4+ years in industrial building design.
Strong knowledge of building codes, structural design, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, or similar software, with experience in industrial design.
Leadership experience managing teams and coordinating large-scale projects.P.Eng or EIT designation with expertise in Green Building Standards and Carbon Neutral Initiatives.Employment DetailsDirect Hire
