The team has a pivotal role in Stocklyโ€™s growth and has already successfully onboarded and assisted 90 talents.The team missions are structured around 4 pillars:Perform all critical HR tasks for Stocklers (e.g. salary payments, contracts, visas for foreigners, onboardings / offboardings etc.)Manage all the recruitment process (e.g. review candidates or hunt some, make 1st screening calls, participate to school forums, follow up along the process with hiring leadersโ€ฆ)Innovate to make Stocklers happy (e.g. parties, organise events, special breakfasts etc.)Ensure the office is a great place to work, comfortable, welcoming, and that everyone is well equipped๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿš€ Your future job๐ŸŽฏ Objectives: what could be examples of your first quarter objectives?

  • Objective: Ensure perfect execution of critical HR tasks

Performance measurement: # of accurate tasks in important processesTasks: You will be responsible for key tasks that have a critical impact on Stocklers everyday life, for instance days-off registration, onboardings, contracts preparation, salary payments, etcโ€ฆ We must ensure that these critical tasks are done very well and in time.

Performance measurement: Stocklers smiles! ๐Ÿ™‚Tasks: You will be in charge of making sure Stocklers (and yourself!) are happy at work!
