The MD’s responsibilities include leading the Expert Services team to provide top-notch consulting services, spearheading Data & AI initiatives to leverage insights for strategic decision-making, optimizing HR processes to support E.ON’s workforce, and championing Digital Empowerment to enhance digital capabilities across the organization.It’s on us to make new energy work!The team – your impactAs the Chief of Staff you play a critical, high-impact role by acting as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and operational right hand to the Managing Director. You enable the MD to operate at maximum efficiency by providing strategic insight, project leadership, and day-to-day operational assistance.Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

  • Getting things organized by managing calendar priorities, filter communication, and protect time for what matters most, ensuring every moment counts and nothing important slips through the cracks
  • Driving clarity and focus, by preparing meetings and briefings, distilling complex topics into sharp insights, and helping the MD make fast, well-informed decisions
  • Following through to impact, by tracking to dos, following up on status, and supporting successful delivery
  • Turning ideas into execution, by overseeing high-impact projects, tracking key initiatives, and following up with teams to ensure momentum and accountability
  • Being a strategic advisor, by keeping an ear on the tracks, acting as a voice of reason, and proactively solving problems

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

  • Degree in business administration, management or similar with several years of relevant working experience
  • Structured approach to work as well as strong organizational and project management skills with commitment towards results
  • High level of discretion and reliability
  • Proactive work style and proficiency with standard office and project management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and managing top-level interfaces
  • Strong judgement and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Business fluency in English and German are mandatory
