Luxury 4-Star Boutique Hotel, Ambleside, Lake DistrictOur luxury 4-star boutique hotel, located on the outskirts of Ambleside in the breathtaking Lake District, offers exceptional guest accommodation and a modern British restaurant. With 23 rooms, including 10 spacious suites, we provide a warm and friendly atmosphere, ensuring each guest feels right at home. Our restaurant holds 3 AA Rosettes and a Michelin Plate, specializing in fresh, Cumbrian-inspired cuisine using the finest local ingredients.We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.Benefits:Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per year, depending on experienceGratuities: Approx. £400 per month, paid monthlyAdditional Pay: Hours worked over 50 per week will be paid in addition to your salary28 days of paid holiday per yearNEST Pension Scheme with generous employer contributionsOn-site accommodation available, or at our staff house in Ambleside town centerMeals provided (2 per day when on duty)
