Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel & Spa in BroadwayWe are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a prestigious 4 AA Red Star hotel & spa in the heart of the Cotswolds.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a 3 AA Rosette kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes using the finest fresh ingredients. With a strong focus on seasonality and sustainability, our menus showcase innovative British cuisine in a refined yet relaxed setting.As Chef de Partie, you will work within a skilled and passionate brigade, assisting in all aspects of food preparation and service. You will have access to state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and be supported in your culinary development, with opportunities to progress within the wider estate.What We’re Looking For:A skilled and motivated chef with previous experience in a high-quality kitchenA team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethicPassion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisineStrong understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safetyDesire to develop skills and grow within a professional kitchen environment
