Location: Broadway, Worcestershire
Salary: £34,000 + approx. £3,000 in tips
Schedule: 4.5 days/week (5 during peak periods)
Accommodation: Live-in available
Holiday: 28 days annual leaveAbout the RoleA rare opportunity to join a highly regarded 2 AA Rosette country house hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds. Known for its elegant dining and seasonal British menus, this is a kitchen where quality, creativity, and consistency are at the forefront. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join the brigade and play a hands-on role across all sections.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook dishes to a high standard across various sectionsSupport senior chefs in delivering smooth service and prepMaintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation, and consistencyHelp train and guide junior team membersContribute to menu ideas and seasonal changes where relevantEnsure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulationsCandidate Profile3+ years’ experience in rosette-level or high-quality kitchensComfortable running your own section and working under pressureGenuine passion for food and a desire to learn and progress
