What we expect

• Support the team in managing all kitchen operations.
• Assist in menu planning and development, focusing on seasonal and local ingredients.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service times.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end or fine-dining establishment.
• Strong culinary skills and creativity.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy kitchen.
• Passion for quality food and exceptional customer service.

• 5 Day Week – Rota
• Mixture of Straight/Split Shifts
• 48 Hours
• Live in available – £180 per month
