Be part of a team of trained practitioners in pastoral care, active listening, bereavement support, faith support and staff supervision.Based between Ninewells Hospital, Royal Victoria Hospital and Community you will facilitate spiritual care for patients, carers and staff in these locations and as required by the department. This means we accompany people as they explore not only their fears, doubts and frustrations, but also any hopes, strengths and choices.You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of spiritual care, your competence for the post by reflecting on previous experience of spiritual care in a healthcare setting and hold appropriate qualifications for this post (degree level or equivalent).Informal enquiries to: Alister Bull, Head of Spiritual Care 01382 423110Hours of work are: 18.5 hours per week- during 9-5pm, Mon-Fri (as agreed)Short-listed applicants will be contacted by email.
