Our clients include high-performing entrepreneurs, seasoned capital advisors, and entities working on $ 5 M+ capital structures involving SBLCs, sovereign funding, bridge loans, and alternative bank instruments.We are expanding our broker partner network and are seeking a Channel Manager to lead recruitment, training, and performance support for our global broker ecosystem.Role OverviewThis is a senior-level, revenue-driving position for someone who understands how to build channels that close deals. You’re not just managing brokers—you’re developing a high-performing capital acquisition engine.You’ll be responsible for vetting and training brokers, ensuring alignment with compliance protocols, qualifying inbound opportunities, and helping execute transactions across the full spectrum of AltFunds Global’s solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and train brokers, agents, and channel partners globallyRun weekly broker strategy sessions, provide compliance reminders, and support active deal structuringMaintain an active pipeline of pre-screened, accredited clients across the broker networkSet benchmarks and KPIs for broker performance and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunitiesServe as the bridge between internal deal teams and external brokersEnsure broker and client adherence to Swiss compliance standards and KYC protocols
Oversee webinar training, broker resources, and educational initiatives to build partner capacityRequired ExperienceMinimum 5 years of success in structured finance, private credit, or alternative fundingProven track record of closed transactions—references requiredMust have an existing book of business or active list of provider/lender relationshipsAble to identify qualified opportunities and guide brokers through the entire deal lifecycleStrong digital communication skills and comfort managing remote teamsFamiliarity with SBLCs, asset-based lending, and capital stack structuringPreferred QualificationsExperience working with SBLCs, bridge loans, or project finance instrumentsExposure to Swiss or EU-based compliance and onboarding standardsPrior leadership experience in partner management, brokerage, or affiliate programsCompensationBase salary plus commission, with performance-based incentives tied to closed deal volume.
