Location: Greenvale, NY
Salary: $39 – $43 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Days, 5x8s, M-F No nights, weekends, major holidays, or on-call
Work Setting: Ambulatory Surgical Center
About the Role:

We’re hiring on behalf of a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgical Center in Greenvale, NY that’s growing and looking for an experienced Surgical Tech to join its team. This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule—no nights, weekends, major holidays, or on-call—so you can love both your job and your lifestyle. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare the operating room and sterile field for procedures
• Assist surgeons and the surgical team during operations
• Pass instruments and supplies in a timely, efficient manner
• Maintain accurate counts of instruments and supplies
• Follow safety standards and sterilization protocols
• Collaborate with nurses and other staff to ensure optimal patient care

Surgical Specialties Include:

• Orthopedics and Total Joint Replacement
• General Surgery
• ENT
• Pain Management
• Plastics
• Podiatry

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (required)
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year hospital OR experience (required)
• Minimum 1 year orthopedic surgical experience (required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a surgical tech role
• Exposure to a variety of outpatient surgical specialties
