Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Direct HireAre you a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) seeking a role that values work-life balance and a family-oriented culture? Join our dedicated surgical team in a full-time, direct-hire position with a consistent weekday schedule—no nights, weekends, major holidays, or on-call required!Position Overview:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
• Facility Hours: Day shift only
• Location: Specialized surgical facility with 4 operating rooms and approximately 250 surgeries per month
• Reports to: Director of Nurses (DON)
• EMR System: HST

What We’re Looking For:Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification (NBSTSA or equivalent)
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a surgical technologist

Preferred Qualifications:

• Orthopedic surgery experience
• 2+ years of experience in a surgical setting

Key Responsibilities:As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in patient care by working closely with surgeons, anesthesia teams, RNs, and other surgical personnel. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing the operating room and equipment
• Assisting during surgical procedures
• Maintaining sterile techniques and supporting patient care before, during, and after procedures
