Raizan Solutions is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a client dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. Patient Care & Assistance: Provide daily assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting.Vital Signs & Monitoring: Measure and record patients’ vitals, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.Mobility Support: Assist patients with transfers, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises.Emotional & Social Support: Offer companionship and reassurance to enhance patients’ comfort and well-being.Medical Equipment Handling: Set up and maintain medical equipment under nurse supervision.Hygiene & Infection Control: Follow sanitation and infection control procedures to maintain a clean, safe environment.Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document patient conditions and report changes to nurses and medical staff.Team Collaboration: Work alongside nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.Must-Have Qualifications
CNA Certification (Active & Valid in [State])2+ years of CNA experience in a healthcare or long-term care settingBasic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Preferred but not required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to quality careAbility to lift, move, and assist patients safelyPerks & Benefits
