Apply to this position if you:

  • Are a people person. You’ll be interacting with customers every day.
  • Are tech savvy. You’ll be responsible all appointment inquiries (by telephone and email), follow-ups, as well as electronically scheduling service appointments.
  • Are a good listener. You take the time to learn about the customer’s wants and needs to ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Are a master of lists. You’ll generate appointment lists on a daily basis.
  • Are organized. You’ll be responsible for various clerical duties.
  • Are persistent and like to see things through to completion. You’ll also tackle any obstacles or barriers you may encounter along the way.

You’ll also need to have:

  • Customer service experience (considered an asset).
