We are hiring a CVS Supervisor for our Victoria, BC branch.What you will be doingReview of daily reporting of all customers (For different functions e.g., Deposit Processing, ATM Rec, Cheque investigations, Suspense account management)AML reporting/verification for clientBilling- Data Collection for Monthly CVS BillingAssisting Manager with Daily Metrics Data collectionAssisting in investigation of Daily Outages and actioning as required (Pulling TRs, requesting rebalances, performing offsets, maintaining the daily differences tracker)Assisting with CVS Claim InvestigationsEnsuring all programs (Compass & Money Manager) are updated with current information.Emergency Cash Parcel ManagementResponding to customer emails, inquires in a timely & professional mannerSupport/Forecasting cash volumes for one of our clients.What we offerCompetitive salary and benefitsPermanent positionFree, onsite parkingInternational company offering many career opportunitiesWhat we are looking forWorking/Practical knowledge of Cash Vault Services operations is a key requirementStrong Knowledge of Computing systems such as: Word, Excel, and MS Office applicationsStrong knowledge of current customer baseReliable, conscientious, and responsibleHighly organized and work with minimal supervisionStrict attention to detail, accuracy in analysisExceptional time management and organizational skillsExcellent Customer Service skillsStrong communication skills both oral and writtenEager to work in a fast-paced environment and to cope with pressure and tight timelinesCSWC
