We are currently recruiting for a Semiskilled Repairs Operative on behalf of Sutton Housing Partnership to join their Business Unit Repairs Team. This position is ideal for someone who has previously worked in social housing and is confident carrying out a range of carpentry repairs in residents’ homes.Key Responsibilities:Carry out carpentry tasks within occupied propertiesReport any concerns or follow-on works to the officeEnsure residents’ homes are left safe and secure after work is completedSupport the wider repairs team in maintaining high service standardsWhat is provided:Power toolsCompany vanUniformPDA deviceLone working deviceCandidate Requirements:Proven experience in a similar role within social housingMust be eligible to work in the UKEnhanced DBSUp-to-date CVTwo years of work history or referencesSigned confidentiality agreementInterview Information:
