New employees will go through formal training process, with regular meetings with mentor/manager to foster performance and success. No licenses needed to apply – we help you through licensing!

Requirements:
- Computer and phone skills – Conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand their financial needs.
- Communication skills – Interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds to explain benefits.
- Willingness to learn – Accept and apply feedback to better performance and advance towards personal/team goals.
- Relationship building – Establishing and maintaining strong relationships for client satisfaction and retention.
