We’re hiring a proactive and organised Care Coordinator to help manage rotas, staff allocations, and client visits for our growing care service. You’ll be the go-to person for daily scheduling and communication between carers and clients.Responsibilities:Create and manage weekly rotasMatch carers to client needs and availabilitySupport the recruitment and onboarding processMaintain accurate care records and visit notesCommunicate with clients and familiesWork closely with the RM/Deputy and Field SupervisorRequirements:Experience in a care coordination or scheduling roleGood IT and admin skillsKnowledge of domiciliary care preferredCalm under pressure and good with peopleDriver preferred but not essential
