Full-Time

right in the heart of Scottsdale. 

Call Center Manager
Job Duties: 

• Supervise 10+ staff members
• Interview, hire, coach, and develop staff members
• Create and implement an effective training program
• Serving as a point of escalation for calls requiring a higher degree of expertise or discretion to resolve issues

You will be successful in this Call Center Manager position if you have the ability to demonstrate a strong and positive motivational style to coach and train employees! 

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 

Call Center Manager 
Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a call center environment
• Knowledge and experience with call center hardware, software, metrics, and reporting
• Excellent written and oral communication

Pay:

85k and up Dependent on Experience
