What you’ll be doing…Take full ownership of the daily operation of Deller’s Café, ensuring fast, friendly, and consistent service in a relaxed, coffee-focused environmentLead by example in all areas of the café, from front-of-house barista work to stock rotation, merchandising and guest serviceWork closely with the hotel’s F&B team, who will support during busy periods and cover.

Deliver excellent product knowledge and barista standards across hot and cold drinks, bakery items, grab & go and seasonal specialsManage day-to-day operations including rota planning, stock control, ordering, waste reduction, and daily cash proceduresMaintain all health, safety, hygiene and allergen standards, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to complianceSupport the development of team members through hands-on training, positive encouragement, and coaching momentsBe the face of the Deller’s brand—building local relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping grow a loyal customer baseWhat we need from you:Previous experience in a café, coffee shop or fast-casual environment, ideally with some team leadership or supervisory exposureA passion for coffee culture and a genuine interest in creating great guest experiencesConfidence in multitasking and taking initiative in a fast-paced, standalone operationStrong communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail and a focus on consistencyAbility to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends and busy seasonal daysBasic understanding of stock and cost control, labour planning and daily cash handling proceduresA warm and approachable personality with a calm and confident leadership styleEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES
