This position will report directly to the Director of Business Initiatives, and will support the delivery of technology solutions to meet business objectives by working with key stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather clear and actionable details for ticket creation and resolution.
• Oversee and manage development and change management tickets, ensuring timely updates and prioritization.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for various projects.
• Design comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) plans to validate system functionality against requirements.
• Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders and leadership, communicating progress, challenges, and insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of UAT processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fulltime availability (37.5 hours/week) and ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON.
