Reporting to our Area Resource and Partnership Manager. The post holder will be responsible for delivering MAES Business Support Services in collaboration across all our centres and with external partners.In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and the wider communities.What does our Business Support Team Leader do:

• Lead, manage and motivate the team working collaboratively across our Adult Learning Centres.
• Lead on and be responsible for delivering a range of initiatives which will benefit MAES learners and staff.
• Be responsible for identifying, delivering and reviewing Adult Learning Centre support services.

• Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal teams and external partners to maximise the impact of joint working and actively promote interagency working throughout Manchester City.
