Job Introduction
As an Administrator within HCRG Care Group, Wiltshire, you’ll join a team who are focused on clinical excellence and delivering a high level of customer service, to children and young people, their families and service users, across Wiltshire.
Main Responsibility
Your days will be rewarding and varied and include providing administrative support and telephony cover within a busy health care team who arrange appointments, manage referrals and do signposting for children and young people, their families and other service users.
The service that you will primarily be supporting, is the Children Continuing Care Team. We are based in Unit 1, Greenways Business Park, Bellinger Close, Chippenham. SN15 1BN. This is a modern office/hub and includes free parking.

The Ideal Candidate
You will ideally have experience of doing administrative work in a busy customer-focussed environment. Experience in doing procurement will be an added advantage.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
