The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesJob Title: Business Readiness & Change LeadLocation: Peterborough (Hybrid)Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming business processes on a global scale?We’re looking for a dynamic Business Readiness & Change Lead to join our ERP team. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and business adoption for our Global ERP programme, ensuring seamless transition and readiness across the business.What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead change initiatives and ensure smooth business adoption of new ERP processes.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan to equip teams worldwide.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, mitigating risks to ensure business readiness.
  • Manage communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cultivate a high-performing GPO team.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong track record in delivering effective training and communication strategies.
  • Experience managing transformational change, ideally with ERP applications.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams through change.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
