Main RoleThe Business Partnership Manager is responsible for establishing the vision and growth strategy of the different market segments with our business partners on all markets where WTTJ is commercialized.The focus is France for now, but you will build programs that are ready for scale.This is a job creation: we are looking for a can-do attitude and a strategic and methodical mindset who will report to our Chief Sales Officer.Scope & ResponsibilitiesYour main missions:Defining and driving the strategy to ensure the success and to maximize the business done with our Business Partners: the first step will be to map potential partners and to establish the first partnershipsBuilding the monetization strategy of the intermediation business modelsEvaluating and monitoring KPI’sOptimizing the performance of the existing partner network by ensuring partner satisfaction, end-user satisfaction and revenue growthCentralizing and coordinating the different challenges, in order to convey business team needs while deploying scaled processes and efficient methodsHiring, developing & working closely with existing and new resellers on various marketPerformance Management & reportingOwning the partners global performance by driving operations on global levelDefining growth strategy and setting ambitious targetsUnderstanding key business drivers and make sure the teams focus is aligned with the vision translated by those KPIsImproving processes that are ready for scaleCollaboration:Working in close coordination with our Business Operations team, our Heads of Sales and Account Management, Directors and Team Leaders to define partner needs and strategyCollaborating with Growth/Marketing Team for the animation of this community of partners, the creation of the necessary supports and marketing tactics within your territoryPartnering with cross functional efforts across all others supporting teams such as Finance, Product, and Legal to remove obstacles and close deal
