We are seeking a Business Improvement Director who is capable of driving strategic change to enhance efficiency and performance in an industrial/manufacturing setting. The candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of business improvement strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Design and implement business improvement strategies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the industrial/manufacturing processes.
- Provide leadership for change initiatives within the company.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business improvement strategies with company objectives.
- Oversee the monitoring and reporting of improvement initiatives’ performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
Commercial leadership opportunity |Board level positionA successful Business Improvement Director should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in business improvement or a similar role, ideally working as a Programme Director/Commercial Director/Head of Client Services
- Strong knowledge of industrial/manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in project management and change management.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
