Our client, a major co-sell management network that puts a jet pack on companies to power-up and scale revenue growth, is looking for Jr BDRs to join their high performing team to work remotely, full time from the US or Canada.An industry pioneer in Ecosystem Business management, they power some of the most powerful in tech and communications today – managing a $50bn joint pipeline. Their customers are some of the most well known tech companies on the planet.Description:Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or soliciting new customers
- Through cold-calling/emailing/LI messaging or responding to direct enquiries, you will initiate contact with prospects
- Relationship-building with prospects: identify needs, qualify their interests and viability
- Presenting information on our products to customers
- Pushing solid leads through the marketing funnel – connecting them to sales and arranging meetings
- Follow ups with prospects who have tailed off
- Leverage Outreach to perform follow ups and to facilitate prospect communications
- Collaborate with Sales Execs to execute campaigns for targeted accounts
- Leverage our extensive Lead Gen stack: Outreach.io, LI Sales Navigator, SalesForce…and more
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related
- Hunter’s mindset – you are early in your career and hungry
- Strong problem-solving and research skills
- Excellent verbal and written comms
- Experience with Outreach, LI Sales Navigator, SalesForce – a plus
Compensation:
- Base + Uncapped commission split (Approx $75k + $25k CAD OTE)
- FTE, Remote, Benefits
