• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region
• Build strategic partnerships and expand our market presence
• Support customers with technical expertise and tailored solutions
• Launch innovative products in building automation and energy management
• Represent us at trade fairs, webinars, and industry events

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in business development and sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of regional market dynamics
• Fluent in English (German or regional languages are a plus)
• Technical background (e.g., electrical engineering, building tech)
• Willingness to travel (driver’s license required)
