You’ll be the driving force behind our growth, developing your own book of business and closing deals with top-tier clients across all B2B sectors. You’ll get to work with start-ups to enterprise businesses, helping them find the best talent for Sales, Commercial, and Leadership roles. Think CEOs, MDs, and VPs – you’ll be making a real impact!Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Hunting for new clients: You’ll be out there proactively building your network, finding new opportunities, and closing deals.
• Becoming a trusted advisor: You’ll be diving deep into your clients’ needs, understanding their challenges, and crafting custom solutions to help them succeed.
• Building lasting relationships: You’ll be the face of Pareto, building strong bonds with your clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
