Job DescriptionAre you ready to combine your passion for science with a rewarding career in sales? SGS is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth and support our clients in the Drug Development and Life Sciences sectors.As a Business Development Executive, you will:

• Build your knowledge and skills through training and collaboration to qualify new business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit proposals and quotations within deadlines to support the sales process.
• Act as the inside sales point of contact between the customer and the Technical Operations teams/Project Management team to ensure all technical and business items are in place to allow contract signature and test initiation.
• Join and, when needed, lead client meetings to discuss testing needs and maintain strong relationships.
• Support Business Development Managers in resolving technical, commercial, and legal details for a smooth transition to testing.

QualificationsWe welcome candidates from various backgrounds, including those with:

• Sales Experience:
• Experience in sales with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biotechnology, Drug Development, or Life Sciences.
• Recent Graduates:
• A degree in the fields above and a desire to start your career in sales. (Full training provided, no sales experience required.)
• Scientific Professionals Transitioning to Sales:
• Experience in a Scientific (GMP/GLP) environment and an interest in transitioning into sales. (Full training provided.)
