Martin and Co Estate Agents seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Director or Manager to lead our growth initiatives to expand our investor clients in Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in business development. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive revenue.
• Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring favourable terms for the organisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with marketing, sales, and product development initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for the business.
• Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights for senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development management roles, preferably within a relevant industry.
• Proficiency in one or more Asian languages is essential for the role.
• Experience in utilising CRM tools to manage client relationships effectively is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not essential. Qualified by experience will also be considered.
