Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.We’re looking for an experienced Business Development and Pursuits specialist to work within our Government and Public Sector team.Role purposeThe role sits within our highly successful Government and Public Sector (GPS) team reporting to the GPS lead.The role is focused on supporting multi-disciplinary strategic opportunities and frameworks for JLL and working with the wider business to identify and drive key growth areas.The successful candidate will need to bring a strategic and client focused mindset to ensure we showcase the best of JLL’s services, connect teams and deliver a first class approach to the Public Sector.What this Job involvesThe successful candidate will provide support to all JLL business lines and promote the Government and Public sector team capabilities and experience.They will be responsible for managing and promoting frameworks, identifying opportunities early, driving key client relationships and providing strategic challenge to the business.There will also be opportunities to lead and promote strategic public sector focused initiatives, working with specific business lines to provide them with the correct business development tools to win high value projects.They will also work closely with our specialist Bid Manager to improve win rates and ensure a proactive and strategic plan is brought to every opportunity. They may on occasion also be expected to lead on key Public Sector Pursuits.Sound like you?
