Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely.Your MissionWe are looking for an intern to join the Strategy & Business Analyst – Western Europe team at BlaBlaCar. Part of the team’s mission is to support the strategic decision-making of the Operated Buses business unit. This business unit operates long-distance buses in Western Europe under the BlaBlaCar brand.As an operationally-focused team, one of its main goals is to ensure passengers have a safe and reliable journey to their destination. Your role as an intern will be to deliver strategic analyses and reporting tools to help the team improve passenger experience.Your responsibilities

• Building a strong understanding of the key levers impacting our operational performance and recommend actions to improve our operations
• Building positive and trustful relationship with Ops teams to identify business needs, challenges and opportunities
• Harmonizing our current reporting framework and deliver reports for Ops stakeholders, using Tableau software
• Fully leveraging our data to build a comprehensive understanding of our bus operations
• Supporting the Western Europe Analytics team on ad-hoc analyses

Your qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering School seeking a 6-month internship
• 1 to 2 previous internship experiences in consulting, finance, business intelligence or other relevant analytical position
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, you love numbers and like to think “outside the box”
• Excellent communication skills: ability/experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly
• Solid knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation programs (e.g. Google Slides)
• Thorough attention to details
• Full working proficiency in English and French
• Fit with our
• Nice to have: proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau) and SQL (or eager to learn)
• Having an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory. We won’t be able to proceed with your application otherwise.
