Small enough that your impact’s felt in the business, but big enough that your impact reaches millions of people.The role…As a Business Analyst, you will be working alongside the Finance GPOs and reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement to deliver best-practice finance processes, supporting the business change and continuous improvement programmes.Key day-to-day responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements for all finance functional changes
• Establishing relationships across Finance at a practitioner level to identify current problems and opportunities and feed these into the portfolio of change
• Contributing to the development and delivery of an appropriate internal control framework
• Collaborating with the GPOs and the business to monitor process performance KPIs to adhere and comply with policy and targets
• Collaborating with the tech function to drive functional and system changes.
• Proactively managing and reporting on project progress, risks and benefit realisation
• Maintain process documentation

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

• Experience of working in, or supporting, core finance process areas (OTC, PTP or RTR)
• Strong background in finance process change
• Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Experience of gathering business requirements and working collaboratively with both business and technology teams to drive change through its lifecycle

Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)

• Strong understanding of best practice finance processes and experience of driving finance change
• Strong communication skills, able to build trust and inspire colleagues to be part of the change
• Knowledge of project management approaches and tools
• Ability to work across functions and geographies.
• Ability to analyse and present data
• Experience of working within SOX or similar regulatory environment is desirable
• Experience in a Global Business Services environment is desirable.
• Experience of working with Oracle Fusion is desirable
