Building Manager Job Duties:

·       
Perform general repairs and maintenance of buildings, Outside grounds,
and equipment

·       
Inspect lighting and repair if needed

·       
Maintain cleanliness of buildings, outside grounds, and
equipment.

·       
Inspect and maintain water-softening equipment

·       
Assist in preparing meeting rooms for presentations and seminars

·       
Responsible for all mail handling and delivery – including picking
up mail from post offices

·       
Work with vendors on service-related equipment as well as prepare
daily checklists for the mail process

·       
Prepare monthly postal usage and cost report

 

Building Manager Requirements:

·       
Must be 18 years old

·       
Good Driving record

·       
Must be able to work on call

·       
Resolve any complaints or onsite issues with tenants 

 

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

8a – 5p (On-call)

Pay: $20 – 25 (Yearly Bonus)
