- As Brand Specialist, you will work with the Brand and Product teams to bring lululemon to new and existing consumers through initiatives and campaigns that bring our brand purpose to life. The role involves cross-functional co-ordination with local and global teams with an emphasis on product integration into campaigns. This role reports into the Senior Manager, Brand Management & Operations and is responsible for:
- Collaborate with Global Brand Marketing to tailor campaigns for regional implementation. Ensure effective two-way global-regional communication flow.
- Collaborate with regional Product teams on effective go-to-market plans including liaison with merchandisers to assess availability and troubleshoot solutions. Ensure effective two-way communication flow.
- Support cross-functional regional partners to successfully implement campaigns (incl. product, website, social, email, instore, events, PR, community), including coordinating needs and leading weekly status meetings.
- Support local production of 360 campaigns in collaboration with the in-house creative team and in partnership with global styling to ensure local outfitting is globally aligned
- Manage campaign reviews and interrogate opportunities to optimise for the future
Qualifications, skills & experience
- 2-4 years of relevant agency and/ or in-house experience ideally for a premium, purpose-led, challenger brand
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
- An interest & understanding of lululemon product
- Understanding of creative development and production processes
- Degree level education preferred
