Job DescriptionBrook Street is working with a well established client that is seeking to hire a Block Manager person on a full-time, permanent basis.Main duties:

• To act as a point of contact for Block Management issues.
• To ensure residents are compliant with requirements and blocks are well maintained.
• To provide high level of customer service.
• To arrange and attend meetings around BM.
• To ensure high level of compliance & H&S is adhered to.
