Blending Technician | Production Associate

As a Blending Technician, you will play a key role in our production process. The company prides itself on crafting premium flavored salts using high-quality ingredients and innovative techniques. Your responsibilities will include operating equipment, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining an efficient production line. As a Blending Technician you will:

Operate flavor processing equipment (manual/automated)

Inspect salt/sugar for quality

Follow recipes and make adjustments as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organize your work area

Record production data and manage inventory

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of production experience (food experience is a plus)
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 55+ lbs for 8 hours
• Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack experience (training available)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7am – 3:30pm

Pay: $20 – $23/hr
