• Assist customers with their purchases through relationship selling

Maintain knowledge of Brick products and services * Ability to quickly establish rapport with others that will unquestionably complement your desire to thrive in this commission sales environmentQualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
• Fluent in English & French

Bilingualism (French, English – oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking customers within our stores, colleagues and/or internal partners/suppliers across CanadaÊtre bilingue (français, anglais – parlé et écrit) est nécessaire pour les interactions fréquentes avec les clients anglophones et francophones dans nos magasins, les colègues et/ou les partenaires/fournisseurs internes à travers le Canada
