- Hourly pay: $20–$22/hour based on experience
- Leasing commission: $75 per lease signed
- Hiring Bonus: $500 total ($100 on your first paycheck, $400 after 6 months)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and guide prospective residents in both English and Spanish
- Conduct tours and explain leasing features with clarity and warmth
- Complete applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently
- Provide responsive and compassionate customer service to residents
- Maintain organized leasing records and software entries (Yardi & Rent Café preferred)
- Contribute to a supportive, respectful community environment
You Bring:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- 1+ year of experience in multifamily leasing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliability, organization, and a team-player mindset
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle
- Experience with Google Workspace; Yardi & Rent Café a plus
