Join us now and point your career forward!Job SummaryNow, if you were to come on board as our Bilingual Human Resources Representative, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Act as first point of contact by email and phone for all HR issues, supporting Managers and Associates in business units across the country, explaining company policies, providing advice or gathering data and escalating to the HR Advisor group for more thorough support.
  • Drafting of offer letters, verification of employment letters, performance management documentation, miscellaneous memos, etc.
  • Triage shared HR mailbox to create cases in our internal ticketing system, remove out-of-scope items, archive addressed items, and track data for reporting to HR and business stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the People Advisors and Business Partner groups.
  • Work closely with other support groups like Payroll and Benefits to help address any benefits and payroll issues.

  • Bilingual (French and English) is required.
  • Diploma in HR, administration, or in a related field
  • Previous experiences in a similar role within HR department (asset)
  • Strong knowledge of current legislation in Employment Standards, Human Rights Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Highly motivated, energetic individual able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Readily adaptable to changing work priorities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and active listening (customer service focus) communication skills in French and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to HRIS and/or payroll systems, ticketing systems, and the ability to navigate various systems to gather information.
