One of our major banking clients is looking for a Bilingual (French) Client Accounts Admin- Banking exp. is a MUST – Hybrid
Length: 6 months contract with the possibility of extension
Location: Toronto, ON- Hybrid (2 days/week onsite- expected to come in additional days if the business requires)
Working Hours: 9am – 5pm EST (may vary at certain times depending on advisory team’s time zone)

Requirements:
TRAVEL Requirement:
– 1 week out of the 6 months assignments- Travel piece will just be outside of Toronto & all expenses paid for – typically to MontrealRESPONSIBILITIES:
– Support and facilitate client transfers between advisors
– Open and set up client accounts
– Follow up on transfers
– Additional tasks include, policy review, escalation management
– Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
– Bilingual – French & English
– 1-3 years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
– Savvy with technology and data
– Experience in escalations and policy reviewNICE TO HAVE:
– Motivated to learn
– Interest in learning platforms
– Previous customer service experienceEducation:
