Bilingual Customer ServiceDetails:

• Full-time, Permanent
• Location: Oakville, ON – Fully in office!
• Pay: $22.00-$24.00/hour + Benefits
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both English and French
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Update customer records
• Enter data and prepare monthly reports
• Handle administrative tasks, including mail sorting

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual English/French
• Strong computer skills – Word / Excel
• Customer service experience
• Attention to detail
• Customer service oriented
