You take ownership of work and want to join a close-knit team that does the same.Duties:Launch new benefits programs from scratchProject manage renewals of existing policiesManage relationships with vendors and partnersDevelop materials to support Deel’s benefits offeringsTackle special projects within the benefits spaceServe as a subject matter expert on all things benefitsCreate new processes to support Deel’s ever-growing operationsSupport clients in finding benefits solutions that are a good fit for their needsResolve complex cross-team queriesRequirements:3+ years of experience in Benefits, including time spent as a broker or consultant managing multiple clients, and time spent at a large start up
